SEO Backlink Specialist

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Location: 4 days a week at our Stockport office. 1 day a week WFH

The Role:

Are you enthusiastic about boosting online visibility through strategic techniques, staying abreast of the dynamic SEO landscape, and generating natural online traction? This role is pivotal in amplifying our clients' digital presence and guaranteeing that their content resonates with the desired target audience.

While this position involves comprehensive SEO responsibilities, the primary emphasis will revolve around cultivating links and establishing connections. Hence, prior experience in this domain, or related areas, will be a fundamental asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage backlink strategies to enhance domain authority.

  • Undertake effective backlink audits of both client and competitor sites to identify opportunities.

  • Regular monitoring and outreach of potential backlink link opportunities via systems such as HARO

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

  • Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimisation and growth.

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the creation process.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Optimise on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content structure to improve search visibility.

  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, techniques, and algorithms.

  • Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

  • Proven experience at effective link building and outreach
