The Role:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about driving organic traffic, optimising search engine rankings, and staying ahead of the latest SEO trends. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our client’s online visibility and ensuring their digital content reaches the right audience.

The right candidate will touch all aspects of SEO including keyword research, meta data optimisation, reporting, link building, outreach, content production and more. So this role is ideal for someone at the start of their SEO career who wants exposure to all facets of Search Engine Optimisation before deciding which discipline they want to focus on.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage backlink strategies to enhance domain authority.

• Undertake effective backlink audits of both client and competitor sites to identify opportunities.

• Regular monitoring and outreach of potential backlink link opportunities via systems such as HARO

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

• Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimisation and growth.

• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the creation process.

• Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Optimise on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content structure to improve search visibility.

• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, techniques, and algorithms.

• Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

• Proven experience at effective link building and outreach
